As a certified business strategist, I create effective strategies to maximise your business potential and create sustainable plans for growth. This is delivered through 1-1 or small group sessions and online programmes. Using recognised business tools and experience gained across a range of hazardous industry sectors, my approach is pragmatic, easy to follow and focusses on you and your business aspirations.

Retainer Models: Business Development
Put simply, business development is about creating value in your business. It can involve increasing revenues, expansion, forming relationships and taking strategic decisions to increase growth and profit.
It can be a minefield without a clear, measurable plan and I find many business owners hand over significant sums of cash to BD experts without any clear direction of their intentions and goals. If you don’t know where to start or have a clear path which needs some additional support, I work with clients on a monthly retainer basis. This means I am ‘all in’ to your business but without the overhead and long term financial committment.
Mentorship
If you have your plans in place but are looking for an energiser, ongoing support or even a virtual board member, I work with clients on a 1-2-1 basis to empower and enable growth.
One thing I have always looked for in a business mentor is someone who understands my market and can advise on the next steps. This isn’t coaching, you don’t have to work it out yourself, this is business advise and support based on over 20 years in commercial and technical leadership roles in engineering design, consultancy and operations.
